10 月 24 日下午，森唯携手澳洲佰韬与美国 UL 及 CfAD 在京举办 Building and Residential Indoor Air Quality Certification（以下简称 BIAQ）建筑室内空气质量认证及 Fitwel 健康建筑认证启动签约仪式，这是美国 BIAQ 和 Fitwel 这两项全球高标准认证体系首次进入中国大陆，森唯及佰韬北京办公室很荣幸地成为中国首次进行BIAQ及Fitwel的认证项目。
Afternoon, October 24, 2018, S&W together with Peddle Thorp from Australia and UL held the signing ceremony in Beijing for Building and Residential Indoor Air Quality certification (hereinafter, the BIAQ), and Fitwel healthy building certification. This is the very first time that this world-class level certification systems from US, have entered into mainland China. It is a great honor for the Beijing office of S&W and Peddle Thorp to be the first BIAQ and Fitwel certification project in China.
BIAQ 是由 UL 公司打造的世界首例、也是唯一的综合性室内空气质量认证和建筑预防性维护计划，能有效检测场所内存在的问题以及污染物来源，凭借自身庞大的与空气质量相关独家数据库，通过收集、分析预测和建模，着重于解决湿气、霉菌、挥发性有机化合物、异味及其他问题，为当前和潜在的室内空气质量提供有效的解决措施 。
What is BIAQ?
The Indoor Air Quality Certification (BIAQ) is the world’s first compressive indoor air quality certification and preventative maintenance program made by UL. With its own large and exclusive database related to air quality, the BIAQ can effectively detect problems and sources of pollutants in buildings. By collecting, analyzing, predicting and modeling, it addresses moisture, mold growth, airborne volatile organic compounds (VOCs), unpleasant odors and other aspects, and provides reasonable and effective solutions to the current and the potential problems of indoor air quality.
